Ms Kinlaw works in student management helping students get to class. Supporting them through good times and tough times. She is also tasked with keeping the hallways clear and safe for all.
What is the reason you work here and How long have you been here at the school?
I've been here for three years.
And my reason for being here is because I love Kids. With every graduating class that leaves the school, there is always another generation of students that need someone to talk to. I like that I can help. And even tho my kids are all grown, it’s my job to help these kids and guide them.
What was one of your greatest experiences while working here?
One of my greatest experiences working here is meeting the students. Every day I learn something new about all of you.
What do you get out of working at the school?
The enjoyment of being requested by the children and keeping the halls safe.
How did you learn to create structure in the workplace?
By being a mom and loving the appreciation of the Children
