This past Tuesday, students had the opportunity to represent KCA at a golf outing benefitting St. Christopher's, an organization that works to support many of our KCA students. Three of our students expressed interest in and were selected to play in this event, which involved a full 18 holes at Leewood Country in Eastchester.
The course was beautiful, the staff was exceptionally accommodating, and the students enjoyed themselves both while playing golf and enjoying the numerous buffet-style meals the course had to offer.
In preparation for this event, students were instructed by their coach and science teacher, Ms. Dani Maloney, at Game On Golf Center in White Plains. While the students would love to get back on the golf course soon, we are planning a hiatus for the long winter months. Until next time, please enjoy some photos of the event below!
